Dear Christian Friends,

To date, support for the ministry has been provided by sales of the books and contributions from a small number of supporters - most being family members and myself. In 2008 sales provided about 1/3 of the support and donations the remainder. At this time, Praise Works has no paid employees and very little administrative costs. This allows Praise Works to provide books free of charge to missionaries and to support the printing of books in other countries, which has become a major focus for sharing The Jesus Story and Jesus in Me.

During the year from July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009, Praise Works sold about 5,000 books and gave away 30,000. Of these, 20,000 were the double Spanish books, both books printed together. It was also during this year that The Jesus Story DVD was produced in the Lisu language, the Lisu are one of the smaller people groups in China. Other happenings during this time period include; printing of the double Spanish books in a 4” x 6” size, interest in printing books in Cameroon, interest by a Russian missionary group to print books there, interest/plans to produce the DVD in more languages and work on the DVD of the Jesus in Me book is complete and will be ready for distribution soon.

Because of my own experience and the many accounts I hear, I am convinced that these books may help small children and others to see Jesus and accept Him as Savior and Life. Please ask Him about partnering with Praise Works in this ministry with a monthly contribution, a one-time gift and/or adding Praise Works to the mission's budget of your local church.
